How it works

Six steps, not ninety fields.

A typical commercial application asks 90 to 120 questions before anyone reads a word. Ours asks for your story in plain language, drafts the paperwork from it, and puts a licensed broker between you and the market. Here is the whole process, start to bound policy.

The application

  1. Your story

A short conversation, not a form: what you build, where it touches the physical world, what worries you, why you're buying, and the legal basics of the company.

Your part: Five minutes of plain words — the way you'd explain it to a friend.

  2. Coverage selection

You choose the lines to request. A starter package or your own custom set marks a checklist, and lines your story supports are flagged for review with the reason shown.

Your part: Pick what you want quoted. Nothing is ever selected for you.

  3. Coverage forms

A short form for each line you selected — only the questions carriers actually need for that line.

Your part: Answer what you know. “Not sure” is a valid answer; open items get chased with you later, and they don't block anything.

  4. Notices & signatures

The legal acknowledgments carriers require before an application goes to market, signed by typing your name.

Your part: Read and sign. State-specific notices appear on their own.

  5. Review your details

Your company profile, pre-drafted from your story wherever your own words supported it. Anything unsupported stays blank.

Your part: Check every field and fill the gaps. Drafted values are labeled, and nothing counts until you confirm it.

  6. Summary & submit

The whole application read back in one place, then one submit to your broker team.

Your part: Fix anything that's off, then send it. You can edit and resubmit until a policy binds.

After you submit

A licensed producer reads your application, confirms scope with you if anything is unclear, and prepares carrier submissions. Nothing goes to a carrier without your approval. We approach the markets with real appetite for frontier physical-AI risk — and your portal shows every insurer approached. When one passes, you see the stated reason and what would change the answer; a pass is usually about appetite, not about anything being wrong with your company.

Quotes come back with their terms and exclusions read by your broker — including the AI exclusions carriers have been adding this year. You choose, we bind, and the documents land in your portal.

What the AI does — and doesn’t

We use AI for one thing: drafting application fields from the story you told, so you type things once. Every drafted field is labeled, must be confirmed by you before it counts, and stays blank when your words don’t support an answer. We pull in no outside data about your company. Coverage suggestions are marked for your review with the reason shown — never selected for you — and a licensed producer reviews the whole application before anything goes to market.

What it costs

Nothing beyond your premium. The carrier pays the brokerage a commission when a policy binds; applying and getting quotes is free. The full picture is on the pricing page.
