Privacy Policy
Last updated July 20, 2026
In short: we collect only what you send us through the contact form, we use cookieless analytics that runs only with your consent, we do not sell your information, and you can reach us any time to see or delete what we hold. The full detail is below.
1. Scope
2. Information you give us
The Site collects information only when you choose to send it. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, company name, and message you provide. We ask you not to send sensitive personal information, account numbers, or confidential business records through the form; share only what is needed to route your inquiry.
3. Information collected automatically
5. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to prepare to work on the coverage you ask about, and to keep records of our correspondence. We use analytics to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Because Risklytics is AI-native, AI systems help us read, organize, and route what you send and draft submissions. A person reviews that work before we act on it. We do not use the information you submit to train third-party AI models, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site, under agreements that limit them to that purpose:
- Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
- Our contact-form processor — receives the form submission and delivers it to us by email; it does not use your message for its own purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Risklytics or others. If we are ever involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
7. Retention
8. Security
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). The categories of personal information we collect are the identifiers (such as name, email, and company) and internet or network activity (aggregate, cookieless usage data) described in this Policy, collected for the business purposes stated here. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete your information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request.
To make a request, email hello@risklytics.ai with “Privacy” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
